Rick, What is the source for these numbers? I have a local nursery interested in my paca poop and I'd like to be able to quote them numbers from a scientific source. Thanks !

Tell us more about yourself!
I found a way to combine my 'professional' career with my new rancher status ! I have specialized in Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT) as an occupational therapist.
There is a plethors a research supporting the positive outcomes of the use of AAT as a therapeutic modality.
This can be an extra source of income for your farm.
PLUS, there is published research showing 'significant improvements in language and social skills' in the use of llamas with autistic kids.
I'm looking for an interested researcher to help me replicate the study using alpacas. With the eye contact alpacas have, this could be a very SIGNIFICANT FINDING for our animals !
BUT, I need a researcher to help me do this !
Ph D candidates VERY welcome !
