We are somewhat new to the alpaca industry and don't know you or your farm but I just wanted to commend your courage and the positive outlook you seem to have! I am sure it would be no fun to jump into a somewhat hostile situation but I must say you held your ground and I am so impressed with you wanting to make an unhappy customer that you were unaware of happy speaks loudly that you have a good heart and really want to do the right thing!
