Need to research "Joepaca" and not have a conflict with the advertising of Joe Camel by big tobacco...can cause a national conflict possibly, get lots of attention, but have lawsuit potentials. In my past national television shows, we originally had "Baltimore Lampoon" and got seriously threatened by National Lampoon's attornies...eventually requiring us to change our name to Baltimore Funny Pages when we went to A&E Networks and Nickelodeon.
Too much association with Joe Camel and its advertising campaigns to hook kids on cigarettes...along with the new push fo candy flavored poisons in the cigarette industry...is not the best association.
