The Great Midwest Alpaca Festival has become one of the most popular and widely respected Level IV halter shows in the Midwest. GMAF is free and open to the public and offers events and seminars for newcomers, experienced breeders, those curious about the business of breeding alpacas and fiber/crafts enthusiasts. In addition to a Level I fleece show, the weekend offers two show rings running simultaneouly along with an expanded fiber and demonstration area and vendors offering everything from alpaca socks to teddy bears. This show has a huge following, great public attendance and media attention. There's something for everyone, with all activities indoors.
Judges: Sharon Loner and Babs Manion
